Description
Deep Root Watering (DRW) System
Deep Root Watering (DRW) System is a 75mm diameter, double wall coil pipe with corrugated outer wall to deep water tree roots. The internal volume is 26L throughout and allows controlled percolation throughout the entire root zone over a 24 hour period.
Installation Instructions
- Excavate a 1,2(w) x 1,2m(l) x 1m(d) treehole for 100L-500L trees; 1,6(w) x 1,6m(l) x 1m(d) hole for 1000L trees.
- Backfill the treehole with 300mm of topsoil/Zeoplant blend. For a 1m3 tree hole, mix 30kg of Zeoplant into backfill (See www.zeoplant.co.za).
